1375 Exposition Boulevard

We designed this Class-A office building on one of the last remaining office parcels in the area across from the Cal Expo fairgrounds. The high-quality structure uses precast concrete panels on steel framing with insulated glazing. The result is a very refined and restrained design, appealing to many professional tenants. Energy efficiency, state-of-the-art technology infrastructure, and long-term low maintenance were key considerations that were successfully addressed.

A high-quality building in a desirable spot, it was quickly leased up.
