Only 15 minutes from downtown Sacramento and just across the American River from Sacramento State, University Office Park sets a new standard for renovations and upgrades to the typical existing suburban corporate campus.
We worked with Jackson Properties, Inc., to improve 333 University Avenue and 3, 5 and 7 Parkcenter Drive office buildings, and align their quality and brand image with 300 University Avenue and 301 University Avenue office buildings – two flagship buildings also designed by us in the mid-2000’s.
The campus received extensive site improvements for access and wayfinding, with a focus on brand identity and visual continuity. 333 University Avenue included shell improvements of new entry canopies, altered sunshade orientation, new exterior paint, and exterior door and window replacement at the east and west entrances. Additionally, we did a complete remodel of the two-story lobby space and portions of the adjoining corridors. The result is an updated and energy efficient change to this circa 1970s building. On 3 Parkcenter Drive we upgraded the west exterior of the building to fit in with the rest of the large business park aesthetic of brick, metal and dark glass, including a new accessible ramp.
