A strong Modernist instinct for rational and elegant design solutions is Kris’ driving passion. From headquarters to airport terminals, universities to museums, office buildings to hospitals, Kris oversees all design in the office. PETER SAUCERMAN, AIA, LEED AP
After studying Architecture and City Planning at UC Berkeley, Peter returned home to the Sacramento Valley. He strives for sustainability in all facets of life, from master planning and architectural design to local farming and bicycle commuting. He has developed considerable expertise with design/build delivery and with “green” building techniques. He does not, however, enjoy pulling weeds.   >EMAIL PETER

Gus’ Air Force upbringing showed him many parts of the world; it also instilled a steady and consistent work ethic. Project success hinges on the quality of the Project Director and Gus is one of the best. Some years ago Virgil was the Resident Inspector on large-scale public project we completed. He was thorough, hard bargaining but fair. We liked him so much that we convinced him to join our team. He now heads our Quality Assurance and Construction Administration divisions, ensuring that our good design work is faithfully executed. From gadgets to universities, this man lives design. Jason came to us from San Francisco and has been central to the design success of many complex projects. He is a fountain of creativity, solving design issues innovatively and efficiently. His high-energy is an inspiration to team members and is appreciated by clients. A native of Sacramento, Keith developed his healthcare design skills on the Eastern Seaboard before returning home. With projects ranging from acute hospitals to clinics and senior care, he knows the full spectrum of healthcare design. He’s able to dive into the details yet still see the whole and has no qualms about his love for geometry. You might say that he loves working with every possible angle a project entails. Jennifer’s parents are both design professionals and she has been pushing a T-square since she was a toddler. She brings a strong grasp of space planning, interior design, color, finish, and composition to her work – which includes healthcare, office and commercial projects. Born in the Ukraine, Kristina earned her degree in Interior Design from CSU Sacramento. With a fresh eye for 3D modeling and animation, she gives our clients a real understanding of how their space will work and feel from the inside out.
