Change Leads to Growth and Exciting News!

Dear Valued Colleagues, Partners and Friends, 

Over the past 18 months D+B has been diligently working on important changes that we are excited to share. In preparation for the firm’s upcoming 75th  Anniversary (September 2025), our Executive Leadership group recognized there was necessary realignment that needed to take place to launch us into the future. 

Change is a key component of every organization’s growth, and with change comes great opportunities. We are excited to share our big news! 

John Zorich, AIA, NCARB, who has been with D+B for 16 years, is joining our Executive Leadership team as a new Principal. His steadfast leadership, thoughtful approach to design, and human-centered communication style makes him an incredible addition to our Executive Leadership team. 

 

D+B is also thrilled to announce the addition of Grant Weaver, AIA, NCARB as the new Principal of our Bay Area office. His connections in both the private and public sector will complement our growing presence in the Bay Area. We look forward to formally introducing Grant to you when he joins our team in July. 

 

Lastly, Noah Kelly, AIA, NCARB, LFA, is stepping into the role of Design Director. Noah’s focus on design and technology throughout his career brings a unique skill set and perspective to this position. His expertise will enhance the evolving dialogue around the design process at D+B. 

 

To position the firm for continued success, we are also expanding our Executive Leadership Team to include our rising leaders. This team will provide direction for D+B’s future while leading firm operations and mentoring our growing talent. We are grateful for the diversity of voices and perspectives.
