Being an Interior Designer is what Hayley wanted to be for as long as she can remember; she never went through phases of wanting to be a vet, a marine biologist or a doctor like other kids. Most little girls grew up playing with Barbies – but Hayley instead built her Barbies three-story mansions out of cardboard, complete with stairs, pulley-system elevators and decked out with all the furnishings (drawstring curtains, cardboard furniture, bedding, etc.). Everything was created from discarded mail packages and fabric scraps left over in her mom’s remnants box. This six-year old’s passion set into motion her future career goals. In college, Hayley studied Art History where she learned about the history of architecture. Afterwards, Hayley gained her Bachelors of Arts degree in Interior Design at California State University, Sacramento and has since been working as a Certified Interior Designer with an extensive background in corporate furniture procurement.
